One day while surfing the waves in Hawaii she was attacked by a shark that actually bit off her arm.  After nearly dying from losing 60% of her blood she recovered but was then faced with having to learn a new way of life. Instead of letting life kick her to the curb and giving up… she chose to perservere. With only one arm she decided to get back on that surf board and try again.

• First of all, I think most people would be terrified of the water after losing an arm and I'm sure that she was too but… That didn't stop her.
• Second of all, I think most people would throw in the towel and give up on their dreams after an incident such as this but… That's not what she did!

When life knocks us down we have to get back up again! I can pretty much guarantee that each one of us will be knocked down several times during our lifetime. But every time we are knocked down we have a choice to make. Winners don't stay down. Winners get back up and try again which is exactly what Bethany Hamilton did. Since she was a person who decided not to give up even under some horrible circumstances, people started to take notice. She started receiving fan letters from people that were telling her what an inspiration she was to them. She started being recognized worldwide and had many doors open for her (like a movie deal). But most of all, she was able to show others that they too can overcome their problems. You see, if she would have given up she wouldn't have had the chance to influence so many people in a positive way. In the end, with many struggles and obstacles, Bethany achieved her dream of becoming a professional surfer.

In a nutshell, Bethany's story was about her dream to become a professional surfer, her struggle (losing her arm) and her victory! (overcoming her obstacles & turning pro).  Incredible! Wow, Isn't that what your success is all about?

Most of the time when we look at others who are successful we just think, great for them, they must have gotten lucky. What we don't see are all the struggles that they went through daily to get their victory. I  think that Bethany's story of overcoming can be an inspiration for all of us. I highly recommend seeing this movie, it will move you! In the end credits they show actual footage of her first time surfing after the shark attack so stick around for that. Very Inspiring! Is Ron Wyatt telling the truth when he says that he found the Ark of the Covenant in a cave 20 feet below where he believes to be the crucifixion site of of Jesus?  Ron says that after Jesus died on the cross and the rocks rent (broke open), the Holy blood that was spilled after a spear pierced the side of Jesus, flowed down through the crack in the Earth and dripped onto the Mercy Seat of the Ark of the Covenant. Is Ron Wyatt telling the truth?

In 1604 King James proposed a new English version of the Bible to be written. The translators were required to follow a set of fifteen general rules. I will focus on two.

Rule # 1 – “The ordinary Bible read in the church, commonly called the Bishop’s Bible, to be followed, and as little altered as the original will permit.”

Rule # 14 – “These translations to be used when they agree better with the test than the Bishop’s Bible, versions.; Tindal’s, Matthews’, Coverdale’s, Whitchurch, Geneva.”  SIDE NOTE: Tindal is another spelling for Tyndale.  Whitchurch is another name for the Great Bible.

So basically what is being said is that the King James Bible was to be written from the Bishop’s Bible along with the 5 previous English versions. Here's a list of the Bibles that were to be used again.

1. Tyndale’s Bible (1526)

2. Coverdale’s Bible (1535)

3. Matthew’s Bible (1537)

4. Great Bible (1539)

5. Geneva Bible (1560)

6. Bishop’s Bible (1568)

And thus a 7th English Bible was born out of the 6 previous versions.

In the next couple of paragraphs I will attempt to explain what each of these quadrants are all about, however; If you want all the details then I would recommend reading the book for yourself.

Years ago when I was starting to learn business principles, this was one of the first business books I read.  After I read the book I realized (based on the things that I wanted out of life) that I was earning income in the wrong quadrant.  You see, it's not to say that any quadrant is better than the next, they're just different and depending on what you want out of life you may also realize that you're making money in the wrong quadrant too. That's up to you to decide but for me, I wanted my Time back.

The quadrant is broken into the left side, the right side, the top and the bottom.

• The left side (the Employees and self employed people) trade their most precious commodity which is "TIME" for income. The employee will go to work every day and exchange their hours for dollars. The Self Employed person will also go to work every day and exchange their hours for dollars but instead of having a job, they own a job. In fact, quite often the "S" stands for stress because these people are stressed out. Why? Because they are responsible for the success of their "S" type business as well as the expenses that come with it. They have to pay for the supplies, the buildings, the utilities, the trucks, the gas etc.. They are also the last ones to get paid since they owe their employees a paycheck first (whether or not they have a good week). An example of people that fall into the "S" quadrant are: Doctors, Lawyers, landscapers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc. I could go on all day and list off all the Self Employed businesses where the owner still has to trade their time for money but  you get the idea. It is said that 95% of people are in either of these two quadrants generating 5% of the money. Can you think of anyone that you know that is in the "E" and "S" quadrant?

Did I mention that the left side looses their Time?

I would venture to say that when an employee gets fed up with their situation they try to move from the "E" quadrant to the "S" thinking that they will free up their Time however; what ultimately happens is that  instead of having a job they own a job. What they really meant to do is switch sides of the quadrant which brings us to the Right side.

• The Right side consists of 5% of the people who generate 95% of the money.  The "B" type business owners are the people who invest their time and money into "Systems" that generate passive Income that frees up their time. It is sometimes said that these people can "make money while they sleep" because they have a system that generates passive income. For more information on passive income read this article. Now lets get back to the "Systems" idea that is present in the "B" quadrant. Franchises are a part of the "B" quadrant but not all are equal. In a successful Franchise system the owner is hardly ever there working but yet the system operates successfully without them. One such example would be owning a McDonalds Franchise. Do you ever see the owner of your local McDonalds restaurant flipping burgers? No, they have people in charge of all aspects of their Business. Another example of a "B" type Business owner would be a person who owns a successful Network Marketing business. Why? Because people on your team help to operate a system that produces passive income. Again you can read this article.

Let me sidestep for a minute and try to illustrate an example for you of the mindset of the "E" and "S" versus the "B". Suppose that all the wells that supplied a village dried up. So the Mayor of that village called together a town meeting to discuss how to get water from a fresh water source that was 2 miles away and put it back into the well that supplied the village. For every gallon of water that was put into the well, that person made a dollar. Now here's the catch. It doesn't matter how the water gets there, just as long as it does.

Since everyone knows they will get paid a certain amount of money for every gallon of water they supply to the well, they start carrying buckets. They trade their Time for dollars doing manual labor. This is the example of the "E" quadrant.

Well, the Employee decides he wants to make more money and moves from the "E" to the "S" quadrant. He employs people to help carry buckets and maybe slaps a sticker on his office door that says senior bucket carrier.  They might even buy bigger and better buckets for their employees to carry. What they don't realize though is that they have to manage all the aspects of their business themselves and instead of having a job, they own a job.

For this reason the left side of the quadrant is often called the bucket carrying side. Both the "E" and the "S" carry buckets everyday!

The illustration below is an example of what the people in the "B" quadrant would do.  They would read books, purchase information, maybe attend seminars and get mentored from people who know how to build pipelines.  While they are researching and learning they start to build pipelines that connect from the fresh water source to the village well. By the way, this doesn't happen overnight. Let me ask you a question. When your pipeline is only half way finished, how much water is flowing to the village? None right; so how much money are you making? None. Often times while the "B" type business owner is building their pipeline they are getting laughed at because they aren't making any money. They are still building their pipeline but once that pipeline is connecting the well to the fresh water supply, the "B" type business owner now has a system that does the work for them (the pipeline is the system). Now all they have to do is maintain the pipes here and there and every time someone turns on their faucet to get water, The "B" is generating Passive Income. Now they have time to do what they want and even the know-how that if they choose, can build more pipelines. So what does this mean?

The "B" type business owner, thru a system, has both TIME and MONEY!

Here are some examples of "B" type business systems that the owners would have TIME & MONEY!

1. A successful franchise owner – The franchise has a system that operates without the owner being there. One of the problems however is that they often times cost more than the average person has ($100,000 – $1,000,000) and for the real successful systems like a McDonalds franchise, there are often waiting lists.
    
2. A self employed business owner who has subtracted themselves from the equation – Many times this takes years to do but it can be done!  One of the potential problems that I see with training someone that is qualified to replace you in your business is that often times they start their own business doing exactly what you are doing and become your competition. Be careful!
    
3. Network Marketing – Often times when a person enters into network marketing there is already a system in place. Just remember however that not all network marketing opportunities and network marketing systems are equal. A person who has a successful network marketing business may have thousands of people in their down line.  This may take years to accomplish but one of the benefits is that you can get involved for a minimal fee. Unlike a Franchise.
    
4. Internet marketing – A person who has learned how to develop a successful Internet marketing business has learned how to "make money while they sleep". It takes time to set up and learn the ropes but many people have made millions with the internet. This person may have hundreds of pages online collecting e-mail lists, drawing people to their business center and sales pages. This is automated. You could be sitting on the beach and still selling a product on the Internet. This is the model that I personally like best!

• Now lets move on to the "I" or the Investor quadrant. This type of income is called portfolio income (when money generates money). This is the quadrant that is usually entered when people have enough Passive Income (the type of income that is generated in the "B" quadrant) to filter into different types of investments.  It is said that if a person doesn't have $250,000 that they could lose in an instant and it wouldn't even make a dent in their finances, then they're really not the type of investor that is on the right side of the quadrant.

By now you should realize that the people on the left side of the quadrant (the "E" and "S" ) make up 95% of the people that you and I know but only generate 5% of the total dollars.  That's like having 20 people fight over 1 dollar (The Rat Race). They trade their time for income.

The people on the right side of the quadrant (the "B" and "I" ) make up 5% of the people but generate 95% of the total dollars. That's like having 1 person fight over 20 dollars. Of course they're not fighting. They invest their time and money into systems that generate passive and portfolio income.

Robert Kiyosaki explains that what you need to move from the left side of the quadrant to the right side is INFORMATION from the correct source. Now let me ask you a question.

What does this mean you might ask. Well let me explain. Income in general can be lumped into three different categories. Earned (active) income, Passive income & Portfolio income

1. Earned (active) income is defined as when you exchange your hours for dollars in the form of a job. A person who works for a salary or even a self employed business owner are both considered part of the Earned income category. The problem with this income category is that you lose your most precious commodity: Your Time! It is said that 95% of people are in the earned income category. It's not that people in this category want to trade hours for dollars, they just don't know of any other way of generating income. Think about it for a minute. Is there anyone you know that doesn't have to trade hours for dollars to make a living? Why is this? I would say that most of us are taught to trade hours for dollars all of our lives. Isn't that what we learn all throughout school. Even college is designed to get us a Job that trades hours for dollars.

2. Passive income is an income received on a regular basis with little effort required to maintain it. – Income generated this way is usually generated through business systems and royalties. For example: suppose you own the patent for the 5 gallon bucket. That would mean that every time someone purchased a 5 gallon bucket from the store, a percentage of that income would go to you. Another example would be purchasing a Business system or a franchise. Lets use McDonalds as an example. There is a system that McDonalds follows and the franchise owner is not spending their own time flipping burgers but yet they have a system that generates income without them. The problem with buying business systems is that they're very expensive and the average person won't be able to get involved.

There are other Business structures that when you build them you start generating Passive Income. At first it is in the earned income category because you trading your hours for dollars but if you build it right, over time (let say a couple of years or so) you can start subtracting yourself from the equation and generate passive income. I like these structures the best because it's a level playing field for people to participate. In other words,

• You don't need a million dollars buy a franchise system,
• You don't need to be some extraordinary musician who can start generating royalties from their record sales,
• You don't need to be a Top selling Author who can receive residuals for their work, and so on…

I will focus on two:

Network Marketing: Why network marketing you might ask? Well simply this… If you build a big enough team, you generate residual income on your down line. Network Marketing systems operate on this principle; you help someone generate $100,000 and you will make a percentage of that income, paid to you by the company. However, if you help enough people make money then you develop a passive income. It's a win, win principle. Franchises like McDonalds and countless others operate on the same idea. Every time a McDonalds in your area sells a hamburger, they kick back a few pennies to the main corporation. With over 30,000 McDonalds franchises around the world giving "kickbacks" to the corporation, you can see how the corporation develops a passive income. This is just one example.

Internet Marketing: I actually like this one the best because when you build your marketing business on the internet what are you doing? Your selling products and information. So why not offer your network marketing opportunity to your prospects as well. I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you build a Internet business, you can offer whatever products you want including your network marketing opportunity. But if you just build a network marketing business than that's all you got.

3. Portfolio income – Is when money generates money. Interest, stocks, bonds and dividends are all part of this category. Now I've heard business coaches say that this category is the category that you enter with your passive income. In other words, the people that have figured out how to develop business systems that generate passive income throw their left over passive income into this category. I've also heard that if you don't have $250,000 that you could lose at any moment and it wouldn't hurt you, than your really not playing around in this category.

Originally I wrote that your wealthy when your passive income is greater than your expenses. and here's the equation again:

So what does this mean? Well for the short answer this ultimately means that you have TIME. Yes, In my opinion wealth is measured by how much time you can free up.

How do we do this? We can learn to generate passive income that is greater than our expenses.

How much passive income do you need to be wealthy? The answer to that lies in how much your expenses are. If you only need $3,000 to pay your expenses than you can generate wealth faster than the person who needs $15,000 a month to pay their expense. Remember there are people  that make $150,000 a year who are broke. Why? Because they use up all their time, to earn the income they need, to pay for their lifestyle.

Wealth is measured by how much free time you have!

So now the question that needs to be asked is this. How does the average person start generating passive income with the internet? I would start by doing this…

The scripture tells us that when Jesus returns it will be like the times of Noah.

So what was it like in the times of Noah? A hybrid race was created by an unholy union of fallen angels and the daughters of men. The hybrid race was called the mighty ones and the giants. Since Noah was Perfect in his generations (does this mean his DNA was not contaminated?), God spared him and cleansed the Earth with the flood. Just read Genesis 6 for yourself. This may explain how all the Megalithic structures all across the Earth were built.

There is also a spot in scripture that I didn't hear in this video but it's about the Devils seed and Gods seed that looks the same until harvest time. The parable of the sower – who sows good seed but the enemy sowed tares among the wheat. Here it is.

The passages above are possibly linked to what they are talking about in this video and I encourage you to research this topic yourself.  We have to study the King James Bible and arm ourselves with the full armor of God.  With that being said, does anyone find it strange that there is movie after movie coming out about aliens? why is this? Is this part of the strong delusion that's mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2:11?

"The worldwide popularity of the George Foreman grill has resulted in sales of over 100 million units since it was first launched, a feat that was achieved in a little over 15 years. Although Foreman has never confirmed exactly how much he has earned from the endorsement, what is known is that Salton Inc paid him $137 million in 1999 in order to buy out the right to use his name. Previous to that he was being paid about 40% of the profits on each grill sold (earning him $4.5 million a month in pay outs at its peak) so it is estimated he has made a total of over $200 million from the endorsement, a sum that is substantially more than he earned as a boxer."

The seminar was a great learning experience for me and I guess the main point of this article is that sometimes you have to learn from someone who is further along the path of success than you are. George is estimated to have made over 200 million dollars from endorsement deals and advertising. I would say that's "pretty good." That's all for now.

There's a statement I heard once when attending a business seminar that goes, "Discipline comes from within or from without, but either way, discipline comes". This especially has meaning when thinking about your business and finances. You can either discipline yourself as an entrepreneur and choose to spend a few hours each day working on your business or you can choose to let someone else discipline you 8 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week in the form of a job. Either way, you choose.

As Internet marketers we have a distinct advantage over people in other professions. If we just make the decision to spend a few hours each day on furthering our business, there is the potential for us to reach our goals in a very short amount of time. The alternative, working for someone else day after day, simply enslaves us even further as time goes by.

My "conventional" work week consisted of this:

So, what if we never make a million dollars? Who cares! That's beside the point. What is really being said here is that if you want something, it's going to take a commitment. At some point in time you're going to have to sell out to your dream or cause or whatever it is that you want to accomplish in life. It's that simple. You can't continue not taking action and still expect to accomplish your goals and dreams. Something very very strange happens when people don't take action  – NOTHING!

Hey everyone, l thought I would show you my Network 2 Millions channel on YouTube today. If you don't have a YouTube account yet, you are missing one of the best forms of free advertising out there. It's also a great way for you to embed videos on your blog or Website and not have to pay for bandwidth since YouTube provides that for you.

Creating an account is very simple. If you don't already have a Gmail account YouTube will simply ask you to make one during the sign up process. After you get your username and password you are ready to get started!

Once you've created your account I also suggest designing your channel on YouTube to start branding yourself. If you're going to try to market your business and yourself to people online, it helps to build your credibility when you have a well designed channel. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, it should just look nice. You want people to check you out and to subscribe to your channel so they can see whenever you have a new video posted. This also allows them to see any videos that you posted previously very easily.

Don't forget to subscribe to my channel. I put new videos up from time to time and whenever I see a video that interests me, I add it to my favorites. You can subscribe here.

Maybe you've checked things out on YouTube but haven't started putting your own videos out there yet. Or, maybe you're a seasoned veteran. Either way, everyone has to start somewhere. If you're one of the many people out there like me who's still a bit camera shy, you can create videos with pictures as a slide show or add text with voice overs. There are many ways to put videos together and soon I will demonstrate the program I use to create them.

If you haven't tried making your own videos yet, there's no better time to start than now. You're probably going to feel a little weird at first, but it's only going to get easier the more you do it. So, your first one isn't perfect…that's ok! The beauty of making your own videos is that you're the producer. You can have as many "takes" as you want. But just remember – it doesn't have to be perfect, just natural. You want people to get a feeling for who YOU are. It will all be worth it in the end.

If you have a message (whatever it may be), YouTube is a great way to get it out there… So i guess that's all for today.

Part 3 – Do What Others Have Done!

Today we're going to talk about the last step in the 3 part process we've been reviewing these past few posts. The process is:

1. Define

2. Learn

3. Do

But first, let's quickly go over the contents of the first 2 steps. In step 1 we talked about figuring out your goals for yourself and your business and making a list of what they are. It's important to keep your list in a place where you will always see it. We recommend putting it on a bathroom mirror so you will be reminded of your goals on a daily basis. In step two,we talked about the importance of getting your information from the right sources and implementing that information.

So, today we're going to discuss step 3, Do. It's very important to Define your goals and to Learn how to get them, but it's actually doing the action steps you learned that is the most important step.

Once you have mastered these 3 steps, you are ahead of the game. We will be the first to admit that we used to follow the method of Do, Learn, Define. We decided we wanted to do something, learned how to do it, and then that defined how we lived. Most people make decisions this way. One of the biggest examples of this is when we were 17 and standing in the office of our guidance counselor at school. They asked us what we wanted to "Do" in life, so we chose an occupation. We then went to school to "Learn" how to do that occupation, which then "Defined" how much time and money we ultimately had.

So we are now in the process of "un-learning" the conventional method of making decisions. Doesn't it make more sense to Define what you want in life, Learn from someone who has it, and then Do what they did in order to get it for yourself?

We know that you've already defined that you want to market your business online. You made the decision to learn how to do just that. Now your last step is to start doing what you have learned.

Depending on where you are right now in this process will determine what your next step is. You may still be in the learning phase. Or, maybe you've already taken the steps to learn what you can about internet marketing and are ready to start implementing those techniques. Whatever the case may be, this 3 part process can be a guide for you in all decisions that you make.

Part 2 – Learn from someone who has what you want

Before we start on today's lesson, let's quickly review what we talked about in our last post. We're talking about the 3 part process that we use in both our business and our lives. The process is:

2. Learn
3. Do

We talked to you about defining what it is that you want. Not only in your business ventures, but also for your life. We touched on the importance of writing down the dreams that you have, as well as your dreads. We hope that you took some time to at least start your lists.

So, that means, today we're going to talk to you about the second step – Learning. We are sitting in the middle of the information age right now. There's tons of information available at your fingertips, but the question is, how good is the information that you're receiving? You want to know that you're getting information from people who have "walked the talk" and have the results that you desire.

I know that's what we were looking for. We wanted someone to teach us how to market using the internet and how to generate leads online. After much searching, we found a system that gave us information from 7 figure income earners on how they created success and generated wealth using the same techniques that we wanted to learn! That's exactly who we wanted to be learning from, and so will you.

The most important part of learning is where you get your information from. If you want to be a surgeon, you don't want to ask for advice from a lawyer. Ideally, you'd want to speak with the top surgeon in the field you wanted to pursue. The same goes for this. If you want to learn the secrets to successful internet marketing, then you want to be learning from the people with the results. We knew that's what we needed to do. When we started out, we had no idea what a squeeze page was, how to make one or why it was important to have one. We were clueless about how to use keywords to get people to find and then click on our videos and websites. We didn't know what the 7 secrets to marketing online were. All we knew was that we wanted to try something different. We needed to find the information that could guide us through the minefield of internet marketing chaos. And in our search we found just the people who had that information. Part 1 – Define what you want!

Today's lesson is part 1 of a 3 part process that we utilize in our everyday life for success. We're passing it on to you so you can have this valuable information. The process is:

1. Define

2. Learn

3. Do

So, today we are going to talk to you about defining what it is you want. It's important during this step to write down what your goals, dreams and even your dreads are for your business and your life. There are really only 2 reasons why people do things that are out of the ordinary. They're either chasing a dream or running from something they're dreading. A dream might be something like paying off your debts, buying a new house, buying decorations for your home, traveling or a new car. A dread might be something like losing your home, medical bills that are mounting, or getting laid off.

Neither group is better than the other. Both have a specific reason for why they're pursuing other alternatives than just a regular 9-5 job. The key is finding out which list motivates you more. Are you the kind of person who likes to look at photos of places you'd like to visit, pictures of the new car that you always wanted to buy or house plans of your dream home? Is this what gives you the motivation to forge ahead in this new business venture of yours? Or do you need to see a list of everything that you know you don't want to happen or is impending right now, for it to motivate you to do whatever it takes?

If you don't know which category you fit into, we'd recommend sitting down for half an hour and just making a list of both. For those of you who are motivated by your list of dreams, here's a video we put together of pictures that we've taken over the last few years. We hope it will help to inspire you to uncover some of the dreams you have waiting inside of you.

Listening to that quote and going over it again in my head made me see the similarities to my own life. Owning my own business was not something that I went to bed dreaming about at night when I was a kid. However, the results of owning a successful business are the stuff that dreams are made of. FREEDOM. Being able to do what you want, when you want. Unlimited earning potential – no glass ceilings. I bet that these are just a few of the things that attracted you to internet marketing in the first place too. It's so easy these days to get side tracked by everything going on in the world but we need to take time to remember what called us to pursue this business in the first place. For my wife and I, it's being able to work together instead of with someone else's spouse and building a life and a legacy together. What's it for you?

I leave you today with one more great thing that this story teaches us and that is…  It's never too late to follow your dreams!

After thinking about it I realized that I was trying to go in too many different directions. I was allowing myself to be distracted by all of the little things that take up my time like doing yard work, cleaning the house, watching tv, washing the car etc.. It's not saying that all of these things aren't important, some of them are even necessary, but I had to learn how to prioritize. Now, if your main thing is restoring cars and entering them into auto shows, then washing and waxing your car by hand fits in with your main thing. Since my main thing is internet marketing, I'll just roll my car through the car wash. For me it was just one more distraction.

But, I've got some good news for you! There are only 24 hours in the day for us to get something accomplished. The same goes for the person who makes $20,000 per year as it is for the person who makes millions per year. It's only what they do with that time that's different. The person who makes millions per year has learned how to focus their efforts during those 24 hours to achieve their desired results.

Some examples of people who have learned how to master their "main thing" instead of being a jack of all trades, master of none, are; Michael Phelps, Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, Bill Gates, Michael Dell, Walt Disney and Sam Walton (the founder of Wal-Mart), to name a few. I'm sure that if you go down the list of all the successful people you know, you will find that they are all masters at one thing too.

Now there comes the time when you need to ask yourself what you want to be a master at but remember this…

A jack of all trades is a master of none.

As the Bible says in Proverbs 27:17

Networking with other leaders is a very simple but highly effective way for you to grow your business. You want to network with people who share common interests with you that can help you grow and vice versa.

With the internet this can be done by visiting blogs, being a part of a community, viewing other valuable videos and reading articles that relate to what you are trying to pursue.

I can remember when we were starting out in business. We decided to join a network marketing company. All I kept hearing was you've got to come to this meeting and hear from so and so. He's done this and she's done that. After finally attending some events and seeing what all of the fuss was about, I realized that these people on stage were sharing some very valuable information and business principles.

So this is what I'm saying to you. Start learning from some of the people who are actually succeeding in what you're trying to do. It doesn't matter if you are part of a network marketing company, have a product of your own that you're trying to market or are just starting out in affiliate marketing. The process is the same, as are the desired end results. You need to find a way to:

GENERATE LEADS TO GENERATE INCOME!

You can actually take that statement one step further and say it this way:

GENERATE PASSIVE LEADS TO GENERATE PASSIVE INCOME!

Passive income is an income received on a regular basis with little effort required to maintain it. I knew that whatever we were trying to sell we would need  customers to buy and I wanted a business that would run on auto-pilot. That's where the internet comes in and that's why you're taking the time to read this right now. So you can learn how to generate a solid income and free up your time to start doing the things in life that you want to, instead of those that you have to.

Now that you've started your auto responder series, you can start offering products at the appropriate time. So many people are leaving potential income on the table by not promoting training tools and info-marketing programs. If you haven't gotten your auto responder program yet, click here for the one that we recommend.

Website subscriptions, autoresponders and online programs, network marketing opportunities and design services are just some of the potential affiliate programs that you could refer people to. As your list of prospects continues to grow, your opportunity to make money grows with it. Just one suggestion – we recommend filtering a percentage of any income from your business back into it.

These are just suggestions. Over the years we have realized that there are a few things that we would have done differently in building our business. We can remember building our network marketing business for years almost with blinders on. We never ventured outside of the box. We can't imagine not using the internet in building our business. It's the most powerful tool to connect with people that has been created so far! Now is the time to tap into the leverage that the internet offers and explode your business.

There are many different aspects to your sales page. For example, you can include some of the benefits and possible results that can be achieved when using your product. Video and written testimonials are great additions to your sales page too. This is also a good place to include some of your story, but the biggest component to your sales page is the "copy". Your copy is the words on the page that compel someone to purchase your product. There are different ways for you to get the most effective copy.  If you are comfortable writing your own copy, then by all means, give it a try. You can try doing some split testing with more than one sales page to find out what works best.  You may want to consider hiring a professional to design/create your sales page if you don't have a system that provides one for you.

Are you worried because you don't have a product yet? Don't be, because one of the great things about internet marketing is that you can earn commissions or kickbacks for offering other peoples products to your list. You don't even need your own sales page because the product that you're offering will already have one. There are many programs that you can earn affiliate commissions on so if you don't have a product yet you can still make a solid income.

What we've gone over in today's post are just a few things to consider when designing your sales page. Just remember that this is all going to be a matter of trial and error. The most important thing is that you just start somewhere.

Branding yourself and your website is a little different than with a food chain or a product, but the principles and the results you desire are virtually the same. Some examples of well branded websites are Google, Yahoo, YouTube and Facebook. I bet you can picture in your mind right now the trademarks for each of these sites.

So take some time today to think of how you want to position yourself and your business online. How do you want people to remember you? Have you thought about a logo for your company or site? Have you thought about what your sign off phrase will be in your emails? What about what your catch-phrase would say? These are all good things to start thinking about now. At a later time we'll discuss the importance of why you want to brand yourself, as opposed to the company you're with.

Just a quick word of advice before I go today. Once you have decided how you want your trademarks to look, stick with it. People get used to how your trademark looks. Can you imagine YouTube or Coca-Cola changing how their logos look?

Here is a short video I prepared for you today. I hope you enjoy it!

 An auto responder program allows you to create a series of emails that start sending automatically when a person signs up for your newsletter through your opt in box (Look in the the upper right hand corner of this site for my opt in box – you should have one on your blog too!) When a lead signs in to your opt in box, the autoresponder is automatically triggered. Here is an example of an auto responder sequence:

Day 1 – A person signs up for your newsletter. An email is automatically triggered welcoming them to the subscription.

Day 2 – The second email in the series is triggered.

Day 3 – The third email in the series is triggered.

Day 4 – The fourth email in the series is triggered. And so on and so forth…

The beauty of having an auto responder series is that it doesn't matter how far into your email campaign you are. When someone signs up for your newsletter they automatically will start by receiving Day 1 of your series. You don't have to worry about contacting them in a timely manner – it's already done for you! So, you've done the work one time and now your efforts are multiplied every time someone signs up to receive your emails.

You can also send out a newsletter anytime you wish to your e-mail list. This is basically just like sending out a normal e-mail. If you want to get a message out fast to your list just write an e-mail, push send and it will go out to everyone on your list, or to particular people that you want to receive it.  Imagine thousands of people getting your e-mail promoting your product or service. It's that simple…If you want to make money on the internet, you need an autoresponder program to market to your list.

Now, when building your email campaign, we have found that the easiest way to stay on top of things is to start an email every day or even every week and add it to your sequence. How often you start one is up to you. This way you are always staying ahead of your "followers". You also get to decide how often your emails will be sent out. You can choose to correspond on a daily basis, every other day or every week!

As far as the content that is going to go in your emails, it doesn't hurt to spend time coming up with topics that are relevant to your product or business.  What is it that you wanted more information on? What have you learned in your time in your business? You can also take lessons from books, movies and every day life that you have learned something from. Our personal system is to keep a notepad and write down our ideas every time we think of one. This allows us to revisit newsletter ideas when we feel the urge to write. If you figure out how to keep people interested with valuable information through your auto responders then you will be unstoppable. Just imagine the day when you have leads coming in daily, an auto responder series that goes for at least 6 months and products to sell that generate cash flow completely on autopilot for you. You could be sitting in Hawaii on the beach for a month and still be making money!

We remember when we first started our journey in internet marketing and signing up for someone's newsletter. We received emails for months from this person before we finally decided to take action. They "built" their relationship with us during that time. We got to know their style of writing and we came to look forward to receiving their emails and the information and knowledge that we were gaining from them. Our hope is that we too can provide tips to help you in some way on your journey in internet marketing.

Without a landing page you really don't have a way to build a list of people who are interested in receiving information from you and starting a relationship with them and you run the risk of becoming a "one-hit wonder". "One-hit wonders" are websites that people visit once and then never go back to again. There are many reasons why a person may only visit a site once. For instance, maybe your site just doesn't offer what they're looking for. Or, maybe it does but they're just not ready to make a decision yet. Without a way to stay in contact with them they may forget about your site and never come back. I would venture to say that at least 95% of people thinking of making a purchase over $100 are not going to do so without first doing a little research. By having an opt in box on your capture page, you now have the ability to send them emails about your product to aid them in their decision. Then, when they're ready to purchase, they will remember you.

Now we understand that most people don't know how to design their own websites. That includes us as well. That's why, when we were first getting our internet business up and running, we were looking for a program that would help us get everything in place. We already knew what a capture page was and how important it was for our business but we had no idea how to build one. After doing some research we have found a few good programs that will help you get started on this. We also have information on what email response program we use – you are going to need one in order to capture those email addresses and have a way to contact them. Check out our "Recommended Resources" Page for more information on these products and their uses.

Another thing to think about when you're designing your capture page is that you want to have something to offer to people. A freebie that is going to entice them to share their information with you. People are pretty stubborn when it comes to giving others their personal information. That is why there must be a good reason for them to willingly give you their email address. After all, don't you hate all of the garbage emails that come into your box every day? Spamming is illegal and you can only email people who have signed up to receive your newsletters.
