How do I capture an image of my computer screen?

This video tutorial shows you how you can capture your entire computer screen and create an image or a photo from it. After I capture my screen I can tweak the image by inserting it into a paint program like Microsoft paint. This is valuable to know because it allows you to make tutorials or graphics for your website. I hope this helps you.
